  1. I am very busy. Do the consultations with the Attorney start on time?
    1. We respect and value your time. Yes all appointments start at the time you have chosen. 
  2. How do I schedule an appointment?
    1. You may schedule your appointment by using our self-help online scheduler available to you 24/7/365 or by speaking to our receptionist by calling our office during office hours. You will need to pay for your appointment at the time of booking. We do not offer free consultations at this time.
  3. What happens after I book my appointment for a phone consultation?
    1. You will receive an email from scheduling@acuityscheduling.com, with the details for your appointment. The attorney will call you from (786) 519- 0789 at the time of your appointment. Please make sure you are available. If you miss her first call, she will call within 5 minutes. 
  4. What happens after I book an appointment for a consultation via video call with the attorney?
    1. After you book your appointment you will receive an email (make sure to also check your spam folder!) from scheduling@acuityscheduling.com, with the details for your appointment, including instructions on how to access the video call. For all video appointments, the office uses Google Meet (meet.google.com). You do not need a Google account to access the video call. Please make sure to be available on time, by troubleshooting your speakers and video before your appointment start time.
  5. I have booked a video call appointment but prefer the consultation to be done by phone. Can the attorney call me by phone instead?
    1. Yes, if we see that you have not logged in to our video call, we will call you at the phone number you have provided at the time of your appointment. 
  6. I missed my appointment, what should I do?
    1. Unfortunately, there are no refunds for missed appointments. You will need to book a new appointment and pay for the new appointment. You can book your appointment by using our self-help online scheduler available to you 24/7/365 or calling our office. 
  7. Are refunds available on appointment consultation fees? 
    1. We do not offer refunds on consultation fees. 
  8. Can I reschedule an appointment?
    1. You may reschedule your appointment up to 12 hours before the start time of your appointment. You will need to use the reschedule link in the confirmation email you received. You will be redirected to our online scheduler to book your new appointment. We are unable to reschedule your appointment after 12 hours prior to your appointment time. There is no fee for rescheduling. 
  9. Can I cancel my appointment?
    1. You may cancel your appointment up to 12 hours prior to your appointment following the link in the email provided to you.
  10. I have less than 12 hours before my appointment, am I able to reschedule or cancel?
    1. Unfortunately, we are unable to reschedule or cancel your appointment. 
  11. What if I only have one question? 
    1. We offer 30 minute consultations for customers who only have one question. Please keep in mind that because all matters are unique, while you may only have one question, the Attorney will ask you as many questions as she deems necessary in order to provide you with the appropriate information to answer your 1 question. ​​
